Is it safe to register for a course online with my credit card information?

Dental Continuing Education has a Secure Shell System that encrypts the credit card number once you submit your registration form. Our staff has to then retrieve this information from a secure system.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations may be done via telephone, fax, email or mail with simply the participant’s name and course code. For most courses, cancellations must be received 3 working days prior to the start of a lecture program or one week prior to a hand’s on course. Cancellations received after this deadline will result in a 25% penalty. Tuitions for no-shows will be forfeited.

Is parking available?

Yes, in most instances, complimentary parking is available. Please park in the multi-level parking garage and follow the signs along the sidewalk to the proper classroom.

May I register on the day of the course as a walk in?

We discourage on site registration. In order to prepare properly for our courses, we need to order food, supplies and prepare all registration materials and vouchers in advance. Please register early.

What do I receive once I complete the course?

Each participant will receive a voucher that states the CE course title, instructor, date and number of credit hours. Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine is approved by ADA CERP, The Academy of General Dentistry and The Florida Board of Dentistry.

When I register for a course online, will I receive a receipt?

Yes, you will receive an immediate email confirmation. In addition, you will be mailed a confirmation letter, your credit card receipt, and directions.
